The Filipino Basketball League was started by Fidel and Jimmy Makilan in 1991 to promote camaraderie, friendship and love for the game. In 1992 to 1998, Lyndon Duano kept it going and took it to the next level.  There was a change of hand to Al Caleveras in 1999, 2001 and 2003.  It took another six years in the Fall of 2009 before Lyndon Duano decided to bring back the spirit of the game that most Filipino enjoyed.  So here we continue the chapter.

The inauguration of the League in 1991 was special for this team.  The team was form from the leftover players of the other teams. They end up playing for the championship against the Islanders and took second place.
